Today, our almost 13 year old gave a talk in Stake Conference. She was poised, gave good eye contact, spoke clearly and told a few good jokes. I, along with many others, felt of her spirit and she did an excellent job. She is growing up and becoming an impressive teenager.
Often I reflect and set goals on things I want to teach my kids. My list and goals for Kira are getting shorter as she is growing up. I have decided today after seeing her do such a great job, if she can speak in stake conference...she can change diapers.
Next wet one is yours Kira.

Kira, I wish we could have been there to hear your talk!!! You are a beautiful young lady! And talented, too! I'm glad that we can get a glimps of what you are doing through the blog! It sounds like you are having fun along with all that you are doing! Way to go!
