Summer Survival

I haven't given up on the blogging, I promise.  It seems many have given in to the temptations of FaceBook and have left their blogs permanently.  Not I, just getting by with the summer break and having my house full of kids.  Recently I changed from 4 days at home to working from home everyday.  That is everyday, all day, in my basement with 3 kids roaming free and work to be done.  I am having some success, and work is getting done, but not in the most attractive way.  I rely on TV, Playdough, crafting supplies, toys, the local pool, the mall, summer camps, Sean's school, my parent's pool, the Library, and anything else I can find to keep the kids busy so I can work. 

This day my kitchen was destroyed with thrown playdough.  It did get me a good solid hour of work time with out interruption...Even if it did take 1/2 hour to clean up.



We have spent some time at my parents so the kids could play in the pool and I could work pool side.

There have been trips to the zoo, and to a few parks, but for the most part we have been enjoying our clear June.  If only every June could be this clear and beautiful.  Bring on the fog July.
