I hate diapers, I really do. I have been pushing Sean into potty training simply because of this fact. He really is not quite ready, and I think we will be doing this for some time, but it has been fun hanging out with him in the bathroom the last 2 weeks. We read a lot of books, eat a lot of candy (as reward), and laugh about how cute he is in his big boy pants. If I could just get him to care that his pants are wet we will have it down. This is one rough and dirty boy. He could sit in wet pants all day if you let him. Hopefully by the time Christmas comes we will have this all down or might have to move my office into the bathroom.

Looks like he's having a good time! Candy didn't work for my guys - I let them each pick out something they really wanted - put it up on a shelf and told them they could have it when they reached a certain level of potty use! Worked much better than M & M's!
