Quickly.
This past weekend she wore a wedding dress at a friends bridal shower and the next day we took her to Stanford. It was a fun weekend but let's just put a stop to all of this right now. When she gets home I am going to force her to watch all her old Care Bear movies. Last night I woke up in a full sweat realizing we only have 5 more years until College. Being that Tom and I have been married for 5 years I know how fast 5 years goes. Kira I love you but let's just slow this all down a little.
Thanks for the picture Chelsea.

5 years will go by fast Jade...let me tell you that. I sometimes wish that they were still little, but then they are becoming their ownself, finding out who they are and what they want to do in life. The experiences are priceless. Just savor the moments.
I have never been one of those moms who said "ooooh, you are growing up too fast - please stop growing up and stay as little as you are now..." I loved watching them get bigger and older...
...UNTIL NOW! I know just what you mean about waking up at night and thinking you only have 5 more years left (in our case, 4, since Nick is starting high school). For the first time, I want him to stop..it is like I can actually see the end of his childhood looming in the near future...WAHHH!!! I feel sick thinking about it...
