Fathers And Sons

Every year Andrew and Tom go on the Fathers and Sons campout, and every year (because I don't go) there are never any pictures. This year I snapped one on their way out, along with Reggie and Luke. This is probably the best thing to do since after hearing their stories of what takes place pictures could get us all in trouble.

Reggie and Tom usually trade off driving. We were explaining this to Andrew and he thought maybe there were going to start trading off who plays Dad each year. Andrew seemed fine with Reggie taking him and Luke one year and then Tom taking them the next. While Tom just about jumped at the idea, I know Reggie would miss it if he didnt' go.

I am always glad when they go, I usually get a quiet weekend at home. I keep begging Tom to take Sean but apparently 19 months doesn't qualify you as camp ready just yet. Maybe next year? The best part about keeping Sean home is at least he goes to bed early.

So here's to Fathers and Sons (the campout) and to Mothers and Babies who go to bed early.
