Despite the frustration of it all, I have decided there are some advantages.
- I can't hear the whining or complaining that usually occurs in our house.
- I can't hear Sean crying at night which mean Tom has had to step up.
- I can't hear the night construction that has been happening on Hwy 1.
- Tom has all of the sudden gotten a lot less loud when he talks, especially when he talks to his friend Reggie.
- Even though my hearing is not completely gone, I can pretend that I don't hear certain things and it is believable.

Way to look at the positive side of things! (The picture even looks painful.)
That must hurt, wow, but on the brighterside of it at least you kind of get a mini vacation and dont have to leave home right....No but really I hope you get things fixed up and your hearing back soon that would really be awful.
I can't believe that. I hope you're okay. And, your going to have a house full of people this weekend with Andrew's baptism. Let me know if you need any help. Not that I can do a lot from Napa, but I will certainly try. At least you're probably getting more sleep since you can't hear Sean. I hope you are anyway!
