I am not an extraordinary cook. With the exception of soups, which I LOVE to make, I cook to feed the family and for that purpose only. Like most mom's I am always on the look out to make this job easier and faster. I have found one solution. We have the same meal on certain days of the week. Today being Tuesday, know that the Porter's are eating tacos. Unless of course we are not home or there something going on, we will always be eating Tacos on Tuesday. It makes my grocery shopping easy (I buy the same stuff almost every Saturday) and there is no planning involved. The kids love it, Tom loves Tacos, and if I try to veer from this pattern I hear about it. Let's just hope that when Sean starts eating table food, that he likes Taco's too. Otherwise Tuesdays could be pretty miserable for him.
